What is “Coaching”?
“Coaching” is a methodology to support you (client) for “creating an answer” based on the belief that the seeds of an answer lie within yourself.
Teaching and Mentoring provide specific answers for the client based on the knowledge and experience of a teacher or a mentor. Unlike these methods, the role of a coach is to support you to learn from the experience of deep reflections and co-creating an action with you. The coach will accompany you to support your journey for translating your inherent strengths and potentials into actions and performing at your best.

Ontological coaching
Among various coaching methods, 35 CoCreation (Sango CoCreation) offers “Ontological Coaching,” which is still rarely practiced in Japan.
Ontological coaching is a coaching model that focuses on the way of Being, as ontology is a philosophy of existence about who you are as a human being.
For example, imagine you choose to be behind the wheel as a driver, what do you see? On the other hand, imagine you are forced to sit in the driving seat against your own will, what do you see? You will probably see a whole different scenery as you are a different observer in those contexts.
By recognizing the possibilities of yourself and those around you that you used to believe that there was no such thing until now, your awareness, beliefs, and perceptions will change, and how you act will also change as a result.
In the ontological coaching framework, when you transform your way of Being by looking at yourself and the world around you as a different observer, your action will change, and what you will obtain as a result will also essentially change.

Observe
When you change your point of view to observe yourself and the world around you, how you act and the result from it will also change.
Our coach will support you to observe yourself more deeply about your emotional and physical states, as well as the language you speak. -

Act
When you can see yourself as an observer, your perspective or point of view will change. Different options for action that were not available before will emerge. As a result, how you act will also change.

Through coaching conversations, receiving feedback from one another, they can acquire new self-awareness, recognize their personal growths and transformation after the program for six months.

About Rina Sakuraba- CEO

Rina started her career in sales and planning/promotion divisions of a foreign-affiliated financial firm, but later changed her path to pursue human resource development.
She had been in charge of strategic HR Business Partnership at several multinational global companies.
From 2017, she served as General Manager of Human Resources at GE Healthcare Japan Inc, a global medical device company, and as an Executive Officer of the Company from 2019.Rina founded 35 CoCreation Inc, in 2020, since then, she has been dedicated to support companies and leaders in various stages through providing coaching services on management, organization, and leadership development, as well as speaking at conferences and diverse media.
She is an ICF Accredited Coach, a New Field Accredited Coach, a Qualified ITC Map Facilitator, a DiSC Accredited Practitioner, a Leadership Circle Profile Accredited Practitioner, a Hogan Assessment Accredited Practitioner, a Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) Master Scuba Diver.
