Itinerary

Day 1 (Nov 24)

Arrival in Suzaka, orientation, workshops, optional Hot Spring Balneo Therapy, dinner, and Fire Side Chat.

Day 2 (Nov 25)

Morning mountain walk, visit to local farmer Yosuke Kudo, hands-on farming, visit to Obuse Innovation HUB, Hokusai museum, and networking dinner with locals.

Day 3 (Nov 26)

Morning breath work, visit to Gansho-in temple and guided meditation, visit to traditional Miso brewery, lunch at Miso Ramen restaurant, closing workshop, graduation ceremony, and BBQ dinner.

Day 4 (Nov 27)

Earthing somatic experience, breakfast, check-out, and departure.
